4th Street Cleaners: Old News to Some; A New Experience for Me!

For those of you who might not have discovered this dry cleaning service in our community yet, please know that 4th Street Cleaners, located at 1725 4th Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20001 is open for business. In addition to dry cleaning services, they provide alterations and tailoring services as well. The cleaners is open Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m until 6:30 p.m. and on Saturdays, from 9:00 a.m.until 5:00 p.m. I used them a few days ago; found their services to be reasonably priced; and found their work to be of quality.

Please don't be put off by the fact that the front door is sometimes locked, inasmuch as the proprietor of the establishment often works alone and has been robbed at least once in the short time that she has been operating this business in our neighborhood.

So, if you need dry cleaning, alteration and/or tailoring services, you may want to check out 4th Street Cleaners -- a neighborhood resource.
