Participate in Bates Area Civic Association's First Annual Flower Power Garden Walk! Enjoy a variety of garden sizes and designs and be a judge of the best site in various categories. Cast your vote to determine the winners of Flower Power 2005! Tickets are $5.00 pre-walk and $6.00 the day of the event. All profits from the Flower Power Garden Walk will be used for neighborhood beautification.
