Alachua County Schools Aim to Connect with Neighbors, including Duckpond
Develop a list of neighborhoods which distribute their own newsletters to residents (i.e. Haile Plantation, Avalon, Duck Pond, Rock Creak, University Park, Serenola/Idylwild, etc.). Establish communication link between the schools associated with that neighborhood and the editor of the newsletter. Encourage the newsletter editors to publish articles of interest from the schools (i.e. school events, construction updates, etc.).
